By accessing or using Titan Tax Tools ("the Platform"), operated by C.M. Blueprints LLC, you agree to the terms and policies outlined on this page. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Platform Description
Titan Tax Tools provides professional calculation and analysis tools designed to support IRS resolution planning. The Platform does not provide legal or tax advice.
Eligibility
Use is restricted to licensed Enrolled Agents (EAs), Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), attorneys, and authorized firm employees.
Account Security
Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Account sharing is prohibited.
Professional Responsibility
Users are responsible for verifying inputs, reviewing outputs, and exercising independent professional judgment before presenting results to clients or the IRS.
Payment & Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law, and cancellation stops future renewal charges.
Intellectual Property
All calculation logic, models, methodologies, and outputs are proprietary to C.M. Blueprints LLC and protected under U.S. law. Reverse engineering, scraping, automation, or unauthorized disclosure is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is." C.M. Blueprints LLC is not liable for reliance on outputs, IRS determinations, enforcement actions, or data inaccuracies.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless C.M. Blueprints LLC from claims arising from misuse of the Platform, inaccurate inputs, or disputes.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms or misuse of the Platform.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Privacy, Data, & Security Policies
Privacy Policy
The Platform collects account data, billing information (processed by third-party providers), calculator inputs, device and browser data, and usage analytics. Personal information is never sold.
Use of Data
Data is used to operate the Platform, generate reports, improve performance, monitor security, diagnose issues, and comply with legal obligations.
Data Sharing
Data may be shared with service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processors), legal authorities when required, and firm administrators for team accounts.
Data Retention
- User accounts: retained until deletion request or seven years of inactivity
- Calculator inputs: Free tier not retained; paid tiers retained only as needed to generate reports or up to 30 days
- Billing records: seven years
- Audit logs and support records: three years
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days unless legally required otherwise.
Cookies
The Platform uses required cookies for authentication, performance cookies for load metrics, analytics cookies (GA4, Hotjar), and preference cookies. Disabling cookies may limit functionality.
